Inspired by their class texts ‘Mad About Dinosaurs’ and ‘The Girl and the Dinosaur’, YR visited the Dinosaur Trail in the Wilderness Garden at Knebworth House. They spotted the 72 life-sized dinosaurs and pre-historic creatures grazing amongst the shrubbery and they explored the woodland paths, learned about the T-Rex, the Woolly Mammoth and other fascinating pre-historic creatures too.

The children enjoyed the Wilderness area within the Gardens with its Willow Huts, bird song sound box and garden sculptures as well as the Bug Hotel and Giant’s Chair!
