17 Sep Our St Mary’s Family
This half term, in collective worship, we are thinking about what it means to belong to a community. We often describe our school as our St. Mary’s Family. We have been thinking about what it means to truly belong and how a community is only as strong as the individuals within it.
Inspired by Ephesians 2:19, here is our memory verse reminding us of belonging to God’s family too!
In yesterday’s class based worship, we reflected on our sense of belonging in school, and found words that we could use to describe St. Mary’s – here are the classes’ responses. They all chose a form to present their ideas in too:
