19 Sep Year 4 Bikeability
The children in Year 4 have loved their opportunity to complete a Level 1 Bikeability course this week. It’s been wonderful to see them learn new skills and develop in confidence on their bike. The sun came out for us too!
Here are some of the things they learnt or enjoyed:
‘I learnt how to get my bike in the ready position by placing the pedals correctly.’
‘I learnt how to ride my bike with one hand so that I can make a signal with my other hand.’
‘I loved doing turns.’
‘I enjoyed being the leader of the snake!’
‘I liked the obstacle course – we had to zig zag between the cones.’
