26 Mar Y5 Djembe Performance
We were treated to an AMAZING djembe performance this morning, courtesy of Year 5.
Nine weeks ago, most of Year 5 had never played a djembe, but now they are all able to play complex and layered rhythms! They have grown so much in their skills, knowledge and confidence. We are very proud of all of them.
With thanks also to Mrs. Haggan for organising this and to Barnet Education Arts Trust who provided an expert teacher to lead this wonderful learning each week.
