Year 6 have combined their learning about Romeo and Juliet their Art. They have been learning about the artist Elizabeth Catlett who was most famous for her lino prints.

The children explored ideas and techniques in their sketch books before deciding on their final designs, which involved writing backwards in some cases! Y6 printed with inks onto polystyrene tiles and captured key themes of the tragedy in their display.
