On Monday this week, Y5 were ‘evacuated’ to Lincolnsfields Activity Centre where they immersed themselves in WW2 life. They experienced:

• A day of rationing; with porridge, spam sandwiches and ‘rabbit pie’ on the menu….

• Being in an Air Raid shelter, Digging for Victory and the Blitz Experience

• Looking around a 1940s house
