The course capacity is 24 children, from year 4, divided into three groups of 8-10. Each group to receive 90 minutes of training; two groups in the morning and one in the afternoon. Instructors normally arrive just before 9am and finish at about 3pm. I have a note that this course is to be offered to Y4 pupils.
Children attending are expected to be able to ride a bike without stabilisers as the objective of the course is to develop bike handling skills. The training takes place in the playground; therefore, we will need the playground to be available for both the two days. Training will of course stop at break and lunch times, to enable the whole school to use the playground at those times.
Children should ideally provide their own bike & helmet for this course.
